Fastify plugin that attaches a scoped DbContext instance to request.dbContext.
Automatically disposes the context on the onResponse hook if autoDispose is enabled (default true).
Usage:
fastify.register(fastifyDbContext, { contextClass: AppDbContext, options: dbOptions });
// or shorthand:
fastify.register(fastifyDbContext, AppDbContext);
